    Hi Flav,

As a visual learner I love these videos. I have tried the cauliflower mash potatoes and they are excellent. A different way to eat cauliflower as a side dish. Thank you for sending Flav.

My family LOVE the roasted cauliflower. I had also made some “chessy bread Sticks” with riced cauliflower. I was a hit. One of my boys is gluten free so I am always looking for recipes that he can eat.

    Hi Flavia!

I just recently started working out and I already love my body (120 lbs) but I just want to be stronger and more toned- very similar to you! I work out about 4-5 times a week and I do follow your workout plans, although I’m just starting so I’m getting used to all the equipment at the gym and trying to figure out things to do that will work for my body. I think my main problem is food. I love fish and I feel like I overall do really good but I’m not sure how much to eat and WHAT to eat. That’s the problem, I always feel like I’m going to eat the wrong thing and over think it. I don’t want lose weight, just maintain my weight while gaining muscle. If you have any advice, work out wise or nutrition wise- I would GREATLY appreciate it. I have become a huge fan of yours, thank you!
