Fat Loss Motivation

Isn’t this so true! That’s why the traditional diet does not work. You have to change your lifestyle to change your weight and health in the long run. My advice is to always start with one habit to replace. The habit can be replacing pop with diet pop (not that it’s better but it’s a change) or taking one less sugar in your coffee.

Eventually, you can replace the diet pop with water, and cut the sugar out altogether. In my early twenties, I used to drink a double double coffee. I started by changing the creme to milk, then the sugar to sweetener, then I dropped the sweetener, eventually changed the milk to almond milk, and now I usually drink my coffee black. This took some time!

Going organic. This took time also. I am, as of about a year ago, all organic. I started with meat, then dairy, then berries, and finally everything is local or organically grown (grass-fed) in my home. This took about two years altogether.

    Thank you for this post. It really hit home with me. I am an instant gratification kinda girl and I need to remember that my habits became habits over a long period of time. One small step in the right direction eventually will lead me to my goal. 🙂 Again. Thanks Flavia! ^_^

    Right! but still my biggest fear is that all that fat loss will make my upper body look too skinny.
    My upper body is quite bony and I’m broad shouldered, so having toned legs, butt and stomach is not that great when you also get tiny boobs and see your ribs over your chest. That’s my experience. 🙁 Still don’t know how other women get their whole body toned without that side effect. How do you do it Flavia?

      Hi Alys,
      you more than likely need to add more muscle mass. Flavia’s Curvalicious program would be good for you and there is a program called Musclicious that is available to purchase once you purchase Curvalicious that would be perfect for you! Also have a look around Flavia’s husband’s website as it is more geared towards muscle building but his information still applies to women. 🙂

    Micro-changes! I think I heard Mark Verstegen use that term at a fitness seminar once and I loved it. Great advice for weight loss clients. I talk to them every day about making just one change. It all adds up in the end!

      Flavia does not recommend fat burners. Organic coffee is great to have pre workout to increase energy and endurance. Green tea is awesome as well!
