    I started the 10 Day Strip Diet 2 days ago. I am seeing fast results. Awesome program, as is all of Flavia’s products. with great customer support, which I can not say about other programs that I have tried in the past.

    I have a question about HIIT in this program. In the at home workout guide, page 8, there is a chart showing the week you are on and how long you should do the high and how long to do the low intensity. I’m assuming the MIN stands for minutes, but I am unsure what the amount column means? Weeks 1-2 say 2x. Does this mean twotimes a week? If so, why does the cardio schedule on page 14 show HIIT three times a week?

      Hi Jennifer,
      Yes, min stands for minutes. The x means times so if it says 2x you do it two times per week if it says 3x you do it 3 times per week 🙂 Week 1 – 2 you will do HIIT 2 times per week but you do it 3 times per week week 3.

    I’m looking to get one of the programs, but I don’t know which one I should be getting. What’s the difference? What I was really wanting was a good meal plan, do they both have something like that?
