Here is a list of the final 7 herbs and spices I want to share with you. Keep these in your kitchen for better tasting food and watch your immune system and health improve as well.

Oregano

Great in Mediterranean and Mexican meals, it provides a sweet marjoram flavor.  This is a great anti-bacterial spice and has shown to inhibit bacterial growth. It’s a great source of fiber.

Parsley

Often used as a garnish, this great herb is packed with a ton of vitamin K, C, A and folate. The volatile oil has been shown to inhibit tumor formation in the lungs. It qualifies as a chemo protective food and helps neutralize certain carcinogens.

Peppermint

Mostly used in salads or beverages.  Peppermint is known to soothe your stomach and relieve symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and colonic muscle spasms. It’s also known as a potential anti-cancer agent.

Rosemary

Great in chicken, pork, lamb, salmon and tuna dishes as well as soups and sauces.  Aids in stimulating the immune system, increases circulation and improves digestion.

Sage

Known for its sweet savory flavor it is great in soups, stews and casseroles. Sage acts as an anti-inflammatory agent and is known to be an outstanding memory enhancer.

Thyme

Is a great addition to bean, egg and vegetable dishes. Thyme is knows as a natural medicine of chest and respiratory problems. It also acts as a significant anti-oxidant protection of cellular membranes.

Turmeric

One of the ingredients to make curry, it is used as a powerful anti-inflammatory in Chinese and Indian recipes. It is also beneficial for inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis. Helps with rheumatoid arthritis and cystic fibrosis. This is an all around wonderful, healthy spice.
