Celery Boat Bites

Ingredients
  • Celery
  • Almond butter (or favorite nut butter)
  • Nuts
  • Seeds
  • Dried Fuit
Instructions
  1. Cut celery into 2 inch bite size portions
  2. Spread a small amount of nut butter into the middle of the celery slice
  3. Top with your favorite nuts, seeds and dried fruit.

    My mom filled mine with cream cheese. It was my after school snack with a few slices of apple & a piece of cheese. I made this for my kids

    I subscribed to your cookbook but haven’t got anything to see yet. If it was by download, I can’t
    find it, if it was by snail mail, I haven’t received anything yet.

    Another problem I have is that I’m in a wheelchair, so most of the exercises I can’t do. Is there anything I can do that will help. I also can only use one arm/hand.
