How much is 1 serving? What is the best way to store this?
Thank you!
Once prepared you would store it just like regular organic nut butter. Spoon it out into a jar or something and store in the refrigerator. Serving is the same a regular nut butter, depending on what nuts you use 170 – 220 calories, 12 – 18 grams of fat in 2 TBS.

So confused with all this info I get. I just got an email from Shaun Hadsall, fitness coach who says if you want to get/stay lean never eat avocado or nuts or nut butters…
I received same email. I think he was saying to eat Avocado and Nuts in moderation, and you have to watch what time of the day you eat this stuff and to be careful with the type of nuts you are eating…..For one thing that is good, there is always going to be articles to tell us its bad….
Hi Karen,
Like Eden said, you do need to be careful when eating avocados, nuts, and nut butters as they are calorie dense and you can easily over eat on them. They are very healthy foods though when bought natural and can be eaten on your journey to leanness as long as you measure them and stay accountable.
All the best!

Hi Flav! I didn’t realize that making nut butter could really be this easy! That’s amazing! I’m excited to try making it!!
I’ve read that roasted nuts are less nutritious than ‘raw’ because of the heat involved in the roasting process. Yet you call for dry-roasted. Are these okay to use? – it is sometimes difficult to find nuts that are not roasted.
to make it smooth do u need to add water to make it moist or does the nuts go soft on its own while in the blender
Hi Memory,
The nuts should release enough oil on their own to make it smooth.
All the best!
