When you juice, instead of tossing all that pulp, you could be using it!! Get all the benefits from what you juice without any waste - now that's genius 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 can white flakey tuna in water
- ¼ onion pulp
- 2 tbls celery plulp
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ tsp fresh dill
- 1 - 2 dashes garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain Tuna
- Add ingredients
- Mix together
- Serve in lettuce wrap, on top of a salad... or however you like your tuna salad!
re: tasty thursday- tuna salad, this recipe sounds really tasty, but you note to add onion and celery pulp? do you mean to squeeze them?

No, she means if you use a juicer and have leftover pulp from juicing a celery and onion you put it in there 🙂

I don’t juice where I have leftover pulp. So what would you suggest as substitutions for the onion and celery pulp in this recipe??
