When you juice, instead of tossing all that pulp, you could be using it!! Get all the benefits from what you juice without any waste - now that's genius :)
Ingredients
1 can white flakey tuna in water
¼ onion pulp
2 tbls celery plulp
½ cup plain greek yogurt
½ tsp fresh dill
1 - 2 dashes garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain Tuna
Add ingredients
Mix together
Serve in lettuce wrap, on top of a salad... or however you like your tuna salad!
