Tasty Thursday - Tuna Salad

When you juice, instead of tossing all that pulp, you could be using it!! Get all the benefits from what you juice without any waste - now that's genius :)
  • 1 can white flakey tuna in water
  • ¼ onion pulp
  • 2 tbls celery plulp
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp fresh dill
  • 1 - 2 dashes garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Drain Tuna
  2. Add ingredients
  3. Mix together
  4. Serve in lettuce wrap, on top of a salad... or however you like your tuna salad!
