Hi Flavia, thank you for all of your insite on exercise and fitness. I have looked at a lot of fitness routines but I love your routine and ultimately the results you have achieved. I don’t have s personal trainer but if I follow your exercise routines I can achieve the same results. I am 5 foot 1 inch but gained a lot of weight in 2014 but I am ready to take it off for the summer of 2015 and maintain a lifestyle change. My question to you is it would be beneficial to me to view your body competing diet that you follow because that is where I fall short. Ido well all weekend ruin it on the weekends sabotaging the whole week. I want to see a difference in 2 months and if indeed more time keep going until I achieve the body that I will love.
