Be sure to try a cup of this Fresh Fruit Juice before you sleep tonight!

Ingredients: 4 Cherries. 1 Whole Passion Fruit & Steeped Chamomile Tea.

Directions: Juice the fruit and add steeped tea to the juice!

    Oh great! I have been struggling to get some solid sleep for a while now, pills dont even help. I hope this can make my dreams come true 😉

      Take some magnesium, it’s a natural tranquilizer and take some GABA & melatonin. You will sleep like a baby

      I second Debbies21’s magnesium recommendation. I would also add that you should start on a low dose and work your way up because magnesium relaxes muscles – all muscles, including the colon – and if you take too much magnesium at one time you’ll be quite uncomfortable. I take 600 mg per day, but had to start out at 200mg.
      Passionflower, valerian root, hops, california poppy, lemon balm, skullcap, st. john’s wart are all great herbs for inducing sleep. Good luck.
