TIGHT AND TONING WORKOUT FOR WOMEN
Do each exercise for 30 seconds on each side and repeat after the circuit for a total of 4 circuits. Rest 45 seconds in between each circuit.
Make sure to drink a lot of water, warm up for at least 5 minutes and stretch. This is a perfect workout to add some HIIT to!

I would first like to express how much I enjoy your work-outs! They are challenging no matter how often I do them.
I am going to be travelling for 2 weeks and I dread the idea of not doing my workouts! Normally I would be fine with a hotel room work out but this time we are camping so no hotel room. Do you have a work out that you recommend? I will be doing a lot of hiking, walking and swimming so my cardio isn’t my biggest concern, it is the core and toning part that I am missing.
I read that bands or tubing would be a good one for travelling, do you recommend it?

Yes, bands are wonderful to take along when traveling so you can still get in an awesome workout!! Push ups are a fantastic exercise as well that do not require any equipment 🙂 Have a great time!
