This is so true! When I was pregnant, one of my husband’s friends joked with him that it will take me “2 years to ose all of that baby weight”, and when he told me, I was soooo angry! I thought, “I’ll show him!” and I got into the best shape of my life….I walked every day and did weights (using my motivation from his comment to push myself, as I was mentally convinced I could do this). Now, I feel like I need that motivation back…arghh.

totally agree. Took me a long time to realize that your mind has to be focused. Lack of focus leads to injury and poor results. This is working progress as when I lost the weight the first time in the mirror I always saw myself fat. so when I gained the 20 pounds I didn’t realize it until my clothing was fit and my daughter told me I was looking wide. Now I am highly motivated, focused and conscious about my body. I am eating better, feeling great and enjoying my transformation. I am finds that the online and fB support is an added plus. I am a believer and a warrior continuing with my lifestyle change.
