Ingredients
  1. 2 large sweet potatoes
  2. 3 - 4 tbsp coconut oil
  3. ¼ tsp Aztec sea salt
  4. ¼ tsp ground pepper
  5. Spices (optional)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 F
  2. Chop sweet potato with skin on into thin fry-like slices
  3. Lightly drizzle the baking pan with 2 tbsp coconut oil
  4. Place fries onto baking sheet
  5. Sprinkle aztec salt & pepper
  6. Add spices. I like to mix it up. Somethings I use just garlic. Other times I used cayenne pepper or paprika.
  7. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes
  8. Switch oven to broil (500) and broil for 2 minutes, toss and broil again for a minute or so.
