Everyone in this world struggles sometimes in their life! That is part of being human! The thing to remember is never to be defeated! When we are feeling down or get knocked down in this life, we have to make ourselves get back up and keep going! It is much easier to focus on negative things than positive! When negative thoughts come it is easy to remain there! You have to take a step back and start thinking about all of the good things you have to be thankful for! If you spend a couple of minutes a day thinking about what you’re thankful for it will help you feel more positive about everything in your life! Sometimes negative thoughts will still come, you just have to kick them to the curb! Keep on going!
Well said. I have been struggling with 10lbs since I came back from a 6 week business trip 2 months ago. . I keep saying everyday I will get back on track. I keep working out daily but my eating has not been great. I am still trying to find my right balance. I wake up everyday telling myself I will do it right today and then I just make it halfway thru the day and kind of give up. I keep asking myself, why can’t you get back on track? Well today I received a nice compliment from a lady when shopping. She asked me “Do you eat ice cream?” I said once in a while not much. She said, “you have a nice figure so I figured you didn’t eat ice cream much because you usually can’t have both”.. I said I do I have ice cream once in a while and thank you very much for the compliment. I am hoping that is the mental push I need to get back on track. I felt that since I have not been able to stay committed to eating right that I look pudgy and blah. It is nice to hear that I haven’t lost it all.
Each our above think cheers anyways, My spouse and i determined it out (for some others inside the exact same spot only open iphoto in addition to dropbox as well in addition to drag-and-drop involving programs rather simple).
