  1. ½ cup tuna
  2. 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  3. 1 tsp lemon juice
  4. ½ cup celery (chopped)
  5. 2 tbsp home made salsa*
  6. ⅓ cup home made mayonnaise*
  7. Bowl of fresh greens
  1. In a small bowl separate from the tuna and greens combine all ingredients together and mix.
  2. Add tuna
  3. Pour over salad and enjoy!
  4. Add on any additional toppings you wish. (i.e. Avocado, gluten free nach chips, olives, organic cheese...etc.)
