    Hi Flavia:

I am a little confuse with the treat meal. What exactly can I eat as treat?. You said that you were craving ice cream, but wanted to keep the weight off, so you choose the fruit pops instead.
So, that means that a treat has to be in the ” healthy family” or one a week I can eat that ice cream as treat “treat”, or a danish or a bagel or a piece of cake, mmmmm!
I am doing your curvalicious program, second week. I have to say that for somebody that work out before, it is still very hard. I am really trying to follow the meals, but always come short on my protein values, and kind of high on fat.
I would like to have a whole week of examples of exactly what food to eat. There is a lady that post a sample, but she is on the next phase, besides , she eats every week the same food. I am supposed to eat the same for the 12 weeks?

      Hi Romina,
You can eat anything like as a treat. Yes, go ahead and have the ice cream, Danish, or bagel, as long as you have stuck to your nutrition plan throughout the week. You need to earn the “treat.” You will find as you get used to eating healthy you won’t want the really junky foods anymore. You can check this out for more meal options: You can definitely change up your protein sources, try different veggies, different methods of cooking and use different spices but you do have the sample staple meals all the time.
      All the best!
