    Hi Flavia

    just wondering if you could include more workouts with keddle bells. There are so much harder than dumbbells. I would love for you to teach the right way to work out with this.

    Hi Flavia just wondering how can you get in shape if you don’t have the income to support you buying all the proteins, and healthy foods to eat?

      Hi Chrishun,
      There are tons of great exercises to do at home which are absolutely free. Cutting out all junk foods and sweets does save money, then try and keep a watch on what meats are on sale. Eating whole foods like meat, fruit, veggies, and nuts is what will get you there. You do not have to buy any supplements if they’re not in your budget, most of your nutrients should come from whole foods.
