3 Tips on Feel Good Friday!

1. Upon waking up: Stretch and drink a mug of hot water with lemon to boost give your organs a boost. Wait 30 mins before eating breakfast

2. Do little to no workouts today, instead take a walk, go for a bike ride or play a little game in the back yard with your family. Bring a small bag of nuts and dried fruit for a snack.

3. Try to stick with the healthier choices this holiday. Use coconut oil/ grapeseed oil when cooking. A good substitute for dairy is goats milk products or coconut milk. Making everything from scratch is always better than buying pre-packaged foods. Try to stick to organic.

    Hi Flavia!

    Im having a hard time finding another diet pill tat actually works and doesn’t make me feel jittery.
    I was taking OxyElitePro and CLA, until they recalled it. I had great success with it! I really worked with my diet and exercise program.
    What do you reccomend or take? I fluxuate gaining and loosing 5-10lbs. And need something that will help me keep it under control easier along with my diet and exercise.
