Flavilicious Female Challenge

Are you ready to kick-off your New Year with a Flavilicous Challenge?!



Due to an OVERWHELMING response from our last challenge, Flavilicious team member Lori and I have put together another 12 WEEK CHALLENGE so you can get your best body in 2014!

We’ll be combining both Curvalicious & Full-Body-Licous (FBL) into the ultimate 12-week workout plan so that you will transform your body! In addition, we’ll be adding in some bonus exercises, HIIT & Plyo moves and more repetitions so you are always progressing!! We’ll be providing workout calendars so that you know what workouts to do for each day of the month.

Here’s the deal; three times this year, Lori and I will take workouts from Full-Body-Licious, Curvalicious and the blog, mix and match the exercises to create a COMPLETELY NEW MEMBERS WORKOUT on the forum.

This is my way of saying THANK YOU for being a Flavilicious Female. I am truly honoured to have your continued support through this new transition of being a mommy and to show you how appreciative I am, I want to give you new workouts to keep you rocking your body!

The challenge has started January 5th, so get to the forums and take your before pictures (front, side & back), measurements (upper right arm, upper right thigh, waist, hips) & weight. Submit your before picture, measurements & weight here before you get started and no later than January 11th:

To keep you motivated they’ll be support on the Forum!! Join the other challenge participants on the forum by checking in and letting them know how you’re doing with your workouts, diet and to motivate and be motivated!

But that’s not all…

There are prizes to boot!  So, not only will you have a toned and tight body you will have the opportunity to win some cash to treat yourself to something special; a new workout outfit, smaller size jeans, fitness gear, etc… You get to decide!

Winners will be judged in 4 different categories:

  •          Best overall transformation -$400.00
  •          Most Improved Core/Abs-$200.00
  •          Most Improved Arms & Shoulders-$200.00
  •          Most Improved Backside-$200.00

That’s it. You can follow the challenge on the forum where Lori will be your “go-to” instructor for anything that you need to get you started or push you through to the end.

    For the challenge do I need to buy both the FBL AND CURVALIVIOUS workout?
