During your detox, exercises on a trampoline is a great way to enhance your detox! It helps compress and decompress the body tissue and fluids. The benefits of these exercises include, but are not limited to, pumping lymph through the body, washing out toxin through out the body, improving balance, improving strength, removing toxins from colon as well as benefiting the digestive system.

January is Detox Month! Lets use this 15 minute workout along side our daily workout today!

The Jump

Stand on trampoline with feet 5 inches apart. Keep arms to sides and knees slightly bent. Bounce up and down in one spot. Each bounce should be approximately 5-6 inches above the trampoline. 30 jumps

Knee High Bounce

Standing on trampoline, begin with your feet 5 inches apart and hands on hips. To perform this exercise you will be bringing one knee up toward your chest. Switch legs and repeat from beginning. 30/leg

Trampoline Squat Jump

Begin stand with feet wide apart as if you would doing a squat. Squat down and push your self up into a jump. You shoul be approximately 6 inches off the trampoline. The idea is squat, jump, squat, jump. Repeat this 10 to 20 times.
