How To Make Homemade Eggnog

This is a delicious & healthy way to wake up on Christmas morning!
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • ⅓ Cup Raw Organic Honey
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ Tsp Nutmeg
  • Pinch of Ground Ginger and/or Cloves (optional)
  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Pour mixture into a pot and simmer for 15 min but do not let it boil.
  3. Serve in mugs with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

    I was wondering how long I am able to keep this in the fridge. A couple days or is a week pushing it? Just wondering, sounds delicicous!
