Thanksgiving Week, November “Get your Sweat On” workout works your entire body. It’s quick and effective so there’s plenty of time to do your holiday shopping and a perfect workout for the 29th to work off some of that holiday feasting!!
Complete this circuit 3x through for a full fat burning effect.
Full Body Workout
10 – Squats to DB Press
10 – Burpee to Push-ups
10 – Sumo Squat to Bicep Curl (using one heavy DB)
10 – Barbell Deadlifts to Back Row
10 – Plank Tricep Kickbacks (10 reps each arm)
10 – Mountain Climbers (10 per leg/total 20 reps)

Brief exercise descriptions would be good. I assume squat to DB Press is “overhead”? Unsure of Plank to tricep Kickbacks. If you have links to demos it would also help. Thank you and a Happy Thanksgiving to you all in the USA.

Flavia demonstrates all of the exercises in her Full Body Licious and Curvalicious programs. Your are correct about the squat to DB press, do a squat then press the dumbbells up for a shoulder press. For the plank to tricep kickbacks get in the blank position then while maintaining the plank position pick one arm up off the ground and proceed to do a tricep kickback, repeat on the other side. If this is too difficult you can do it from your knees.
