  • Hi Flavia, great workouts. Thanks. When you post them could you include pics or links. I look them up online and incorporate many into my workouts but, I don’t always know the name of what I’m doing. I just know it works. Pics would be really helpful. Thanks, Pam

    Hi Flavia,

I love your workout clothes. Do you have a favourite brand or do you design your own clothes.

    • Anna says:

      Hi Karina,
Flavia gets most of her clothes from Lulu Lemon or 🙂
      All the best!

Brief exercise descriptions would be good. I assume squat to DB Press is “overhead”? Unsure of Plank to tricep Kickbacks. If you have links to demos it would also help. Thank you and a Happy Thanksgiving to you all in the USA.

      Hi Cindy,
Flavia demonstrates all of the exercises in her Full Body Licious and Curvalicious programs. Your are correct about the squat to DB press, do a squat then press the dumbbells up for a shoulder press. For the plank to tricep kickbacks get in the blank position then while maintaining the plank position pick one arm up off the ground and proceed to do a tricep kickback, repeat on the other side. If this is too difficult you can do it from your knees.
      All the best!
