Kale would be great! This juice recipe is wonderful to help with digestion, gut health and give you a healthier body! In the morning before breakfast would be the perfect time to have this to help alkaline your body. You can have this 2 – 3 times per day if you like. Feel free to experiment with different vegetables to get an array of nutrients.

No, not necessarily. You want to make sure you still get in the nutrients you need. You definitely wouldn’t want to do a juice cleanse for any longer than two weeks, I probably wouldn’t even do it that long. Hey Loren, it aids in weight loss by cleansing the liver which metabolizes fat 🙂 And for sure you can use green kale.
