Hope you had a wonderful weekend. I am off to film Pregnancy Yoga this morning but wanted to help you start your week off on the right foot.

Remember that every meal you have the choice whether to push you closer to your goals or further away. AND you can always make “this meal” better then the last if you didn’t make the right decision last time. You don’t need to wait till tomorrow or next Monday, DO IT NOW!
