Hi Flavia,
I was super excited to see this calf stretch from you. I have a terrible time with charlie horses in my calves. When I get them, they “attack” and have even woken me up from a deep sleep in tears because they hurt so bad. As if that isn’t bad enough, it doesn’t seem to matter what I do, I can’t get them stretched out. Usually, these cramps will last for days or longer. I will try this next time I have one of those. Thanks!
