So True, Flavia. And this means sometimes having to get up and outta bed when you’d rather sleep to get that workout in ‘cuz it’s the only time in your day you can do it. It also means to make the best food choices when there are so many temptations around you. But most of all to me it means being kind and respecting yourself so much that nutrition and exercise is a priority in your life so that you feel awesome and have a great place to live!

    Love Motivation Monday….Let’s do this!

Is it January 6 or 7? (See above.) Did I lose a day or what happened? I hope the scale is right. I have been careful with my food choices and don’t want January 6, 2013 back again. It was hard enough the first time.

    Hey Flavia,
thank you so much! for this motivational post. every day after i wake up , check my emails and there is alway a new post from you. Its so helpfull!

I want to ask you what du you think about Alpa Lipoic Acid and L carnitin.

    =)

    • Anna says:

Hi Denitze, I consulted Flavia and she says:
“I use L Carnitine when I diet and it is great and helps move fat to be utilized better.”

“Ala – is really good for you. It increase insulin sensitivity and helps you utilize nutrients better.
I never use ALA but Vince does. I hate taking too many things only because I hate to swallow pills
and drink nasty tasting things so other supplements make my list before ALA…but certainly
try it and see what you think!”

I personally have not tried ALA but do take L Carnitine before my cardio sometimes.

Getting back on track! Thanks Flavia!

I needed that today. I am starting the Total Wellness Cleanse today and I must say I’m a bit scared. Thanks for all of your great tips and motivation!

  • Stephanie says:

Thanks Flavia! Starting back today and really needed this motivation. Clean eating and lots of exercise should get me trim for the wedding! Only 3 more months 😀

Yes. I agree with that above quote. I bought the Curvalicous downloads when they first were offered to us, and later I bought the DVD hard copies. Before I ever got a chance to start I ended up in the hospital for one week, with a restricted diet and restricted exercises. I have been okayed to slowly start exercising again; this is so I can build up to where I was before. I am very grateful, and so excited! That said, be positive and smile when life throws you the hard hits, because sometimes you need to go back a few steps before you can go forward again. And, above all… “rest if you must, but do not quit!”

  • Hey just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images
aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same outcome.

  • Hello, i read your blog from time to time and i own
a similar one and i was just wondering if you get
a lot of spam comments? If so how do you prevent it, any plugin or
anything you can suggest? I get so much lately it’s driving me crazy so any support is very much appreciated.

  • Yeaha! My spouse and i completely like Hypem. The top from the great deal I might claim.
