    Hi Flavia – love your site. So smart and real. Great advice that really works. Wondering how many hours you spend working out per week – including the stretching, cardio, resistance etc. Thanks. And PS your hubby and I went to the same university 😉 Not at the same time tho.

      Nice, Western is a good Uni. I do 4 30-min cardio/week and 5-45 weight training session/week. Stretching I add on for about 10 minuts after cardio.

    first of all, great photoshoot! I´m interested in der oatmeal cookie recipe for the post-workout-meal, can you tell me how I can make them?
    And my second question… I have done 3 sets of 15-20 reps the last 3 months and want to lose about 15-20 pounds, should i start with the curvalicious or the FBL Workout System???
