Looks yummy and simple, thanks Flavia!
I just watched Dr. Oz on what the top 10 disease fighting herbs–basil, marjoram, thyme and oregano are in the top 10. So this is a VERY healthy blend of herbs. Thanks Flav.
Thanks Flavia! Looks Great!
Falvia, in youe meal plans you suggest carbs (I have a protein shake mixed with blueberries) are best only post workout. On rest days do you eliminate the protein shake?
Yes I would.
Also, what about diet pop? Is that a complete NO or is it okay after your 70 or so ounces of water?
NO, pop is like drinking acid. One function of the liver is to metabolize fat. When your liver is trying to siphon toxins such as found in sweetners, your liver will not be able to metabolize fat efficiently. Pop can erode a penny.
I made this last night and it was delicious! Thanks for the great recipe 🙂
