Exercise Routine:

Kettlebbell Swings 10 Reps

Wide Grip Lat Pull-Down 10 Reps

Dumbbell Squat 10 Reps

Push-Up 10 Reps

 

Rest for 45 seconds between workouts and between each set. Complete 3+ sets. If you want to focus on fat loss, do lighter weights and 20 reps each exercise.
