    Hi Flavia!

Thank you for the great ab workout.

The muscles I really need help with are the Lattisimus Dorsi muscles, (got the correct name from your Fitness Exercise Library photo above.) I sit all day at my job and those muscles are getting weak. They really need your help, so please give us a good Lattisimus dorsi workout for a beautiful back.

    Thank you!

    Hi again, Flavia!

I saw another picture of yours where you show that area of muscles as Erector Spin muscles or something like that. Anyway it’s the muscles in the middle area of my back, below the traps and above my Flavilicious Butt area.

    Thanks again,

Great little workout – I did 5 sets due to time constraints. Is it ok to use 8 lbs for Russian twists, I dont want to build my abs out?

      Hi Karen,
Yes, that should be fine as long as you are advanced enough that you are still doing 20 – 30, even 40 reps.
      All the best,

I would love to see some different exercises that target the triceps.
