Stability Ball Roll Out

How To: Keep your core tight and your body in one straight line, as if you are performing a plank. Place your elbows onto the ball and clasp hands together. Start with your chest lying on your arms/hands. Roll the ball forward, stretching your arms out straight. keeping your body in the same stance from beginning to end. Return the ball and repeat.
