Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown

How To: Kneel with legs shoulder-width apart. Pull your shoulders down and back.  Keep your chest up and core tight.  Your torso  should remain in nearly the same position from start to finish.

Muscles Used: Lats, Biceps, Shoulders, Mid Back.

    If we are doing this at home, still kneel and use dumb bells, correct? Or bands?

      Correct! I would recommend using bands and trying to set yourself up to mimic the same angle. 🙂
