How To: Start in standing position with feet together and a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your elbow close to your body throughout movement. Step with your right leg to the side and bend at the knee. Keep left leg straight. As you step to the right, bend at the elbow, palm facing in. Lower your arm as you return to start position. Switch sides and repeat with left leg and arm.

I am going to call today. I just checked both of my claim tickets that I sent in to see if maybe I have missed something and they both say they are still open. I’m really bummed I was super excited to start these workouts. My hope is that I can just get hard copies since they are on clearance now and that means they are the prices I paid for the downloads.

I agree with Rebecca, must have been an error. I have purchased several videos from Flavia, and couldn’t agree more with Rebecca!. Customer service is awesome, they will/contact you within 24 hrs. The online comminty is also Great!
I too have had to deal with Flavias customer service and Cassie went out of her way to help me out. Her help and reply was very prompt and I was extremely happy with the whole experience.
I agree with Rebecca and Christine. I went out of the country to China and apparently was not allowed to recieve her emails while there. For the next 8 months her team worked on getting me connected back into her blog posts and I am now happy to be receiving them again! I also have purchased two of her workouts packages, not onnly are they both amazing, but I recieved the downloads fast. It must have been some strange glich. Trust me, you DO NOT WANT a refund. YOu DO WANT this program. Bodilicious and Curvilicious are fabulous.
By the way, I have a question, what does it mean when “TRX” is next to an exercise? 🙂 Thanks.

Trelle – trx is a type of suspension training that some gyms have, if you don’t have it, just do the same version with dumbbells/resistance bands. 🙂

I must say even though this has nothing to do with me Flavias help desk and the ladies are SUPER AWESOME… Whether having issues or not they always respond and help… They are wonderful. And maybe they did reply u just need to check spam sometimes but they will never let you down. That’s all just had to throw my 2 cents in … I have been following flavia and her way of working out for years and if her team doesn’t respond she Personally will, that is how dedicated she is to your health and fitness. on another note
