Post-Workout Shrimp Dish

- 4 oz medium to large Shrimp
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In large sauce pan, heat up coconut oil.
- Add in shrimp, salt and pepper. Toss around until cooked.
- Place shrimp in bowl and toss in shredded coconut.
- Serve with white rice & steamed broccoli.
