Sage has so many benefits! Drinking sage in tea form is a great way to use it. There are many other uses such as drying up your breast milk when you are slowly getting your child off  the breast. Tip: Avoid using milk or sugar in the tea as this will reduce its nutritional value.

    Hi there! I have a question about making the tea. Can I just pick some sage leaves and steep them in water to create the tea or is there a special way to prepare the leaves? Thank you for all the wonderful motivation!

    @ Heather C: Sage can be found fresh in the produce department or dried and ground in the spice section of your local grocery store. I have seen people take fresh leaves to make a tea but I’ve come across many recipes that call for ground sage like for roasting a turkey.
