    Hi!

I tried this the other night – with a few mods due to not have Db or swiss ball handy at the time.
I was pooped by the end – trying hard not to take longer then 1 minute breaks!
It was great, no excuse for not having time to exercise when it only took 20minutes 🙂

One quick question. Currently I am having a 45 minute session with a trainer (mainly strength based), 1-2 cardio sessions (roughly 45minutes each) as well as trying to do a home session as well (bit lacking in this department) each week

Should I by backing off the cardio twice a week and aim to just increase strength/resistance workouts? Or if I supplement one of the cardio works outs with a more HIIT focused owrk out would that be better. I am currently doing a spin class and a fast paced team sport as my cardio.

    Sorry for the long post!

    Any info would be great!

Thanks again for the great workout 🙂

Hey Dee, if you goal is to lose fat, I would certainly change one of the cardio sessions to a HIIT, even 20 minutes to start. I usually do 20-30 minutes, depending on what I am wanting to lose. Otherwise it sounds like you have a great system!

Flavia, I love your videos but I have to point this out because I can’t keep laughing alone… What exactly is that man doing in the background at 3:00? 🙂
