Alternating Waves – Holding both end of the rope create waves by moving your arms in opposite directions, in an up and down motion.
Double Waves – Grip rope with hands. Move arms up and down, keeping both hands at the same level.
Side To Side Throw – Grip rope end with both hands. Twist your body as you move your arms from your left side to right side, throwing the rope to hit the ground, then lifting to throw back to opposite side.
The Slam – Grip the rope. Bring both arms up over your head then throw your arms down so that the rope slams onto the ground.
