Friday Glute Stretch!
Stand straight up with back straight. Hold onto wall or object in front of you. Bring your right leg to rest just above your right knee and squat as low as you can, feeling the stretch in your glutes. Repeat with other leg.

Can you give the details of DVDs you were promoting a few weeks ago, as I cannot find the email.
This was a lady giving dance instructions and how to loosen hips. There was a particular technique used to “wiggle” hips. Hope these are still available.
