    Hi Flavia,

    I think your amazing, and I have purchased every one of your programs. I have been following you and Vince forever!!!!! I recently found out that I am two months pregnant. My question to you is , do you have any tips on how I can do my workouts now that I am pregnant?
    And can I still do cardio?

      Hey Elizabeth, congratulations! The most important thing to remember is to continue to workout. You don’t want to lift heavy weights and you don’t want to push yourself too hard on cardio either. You can do light weighs, similar to what you were doing before and as for cardio – I wouldn’t do any HIIT but if you were running and doing slow cardio before, keep doing that. I would workout 4-5 times a week for the frist trimester (if that is what you were doing before), drop down to 3-4 second trimester and last 2-3 days a week and no lifting in the last couple weeks, just walking.
