Flavia, I’m thinking about purchasing one of your programs. My concern is about how much of your program is geared toward beginners. I have been doing resistance training with free weights and cables for about 4 years, however I’m always looking for a fun and challeneging fat burning routine. You speak of daily/weekly workout printouts in your program, but I’m just wondering how does it distinguish between a beginner and someone like myself who has been working out for many years? Also, could please explain what the major difference is with each of your programs? Thank you so much

I’m a new Curvalicious customer and trust me, if you’ve been working out for the past 4 years and doing it right with a change in your life, you will NOT have a problem learning Flavia’s exercises. There are beginner routines or ways to modify the exercises until you can reach the ultimate exercise routine based on what I’ve seen so far. I just purchased the exercise videos yesterday and will start the program tomorrow. I’m excited about the new exercise program and the road to a curvaceous/voluptuous body. One thing that I tell myself to psyche myself out is if there is no Pain, then there is no Gain within reason of not injuring myself. It’s a work in progress and I have to be patient with myself.

Best wishes with the purchase of the videos.

Hi Flavia- I have been doing the “Super Hero Fat Loss” program and I have not been the biggest fan of the workouts until I got to the 3rd phase, which are the workouts that you created. I LOVE these workouts and I am interested to see if any of the programs on the website are similar these or if you have any other suggestions for me? Thanks!

Hey Ashley, thanks! They are similar and the workouts in Full-body-licious are the same type of workouts. CHeck out the workout videos on the site! Great to have you.
