    So true. I’m up daily before 5 a.m. and workout and it is hard work…but so worth it!!! I got so many compliments this weekend from relatives who have not seen me since Christmas and they couldn’t believe how fit and firm I was and it’s all due to a daily commitment to working out and eating clean. Just do it people!!!
