    Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts with us. It is right on the spot. I went to gym this afternoon and because I cannot do a pull-up (yet) I just hanged there (as you suggested in one of your videos) and tried to pull myself up. I must say the other people must have thought I am crazy but soon I will doing a pull-up and then the joke will be on them. Progression and not perfection- I like it.

    Hi there i purchased you system the other day and i have been on a eating regime already for ten weeks i went to you calorie calculator and at the weight i am at it appears that i am eating 3178 calories however i have been eating 1540 calories a day but you calculator tells me i have to eat 664 calories a day is this right will i not go into starvation mode and start storing fat? can you help clear this up please.

      Hey Selina. 664 calories? there is no way the calculator tells you to eat that..at least it isn’t right if it does. For the Curve Phase mulitply your weight by 12 and the Cut phase multiply your weight by 10. Weight is in pounds. Look through the Nurtition Guide and I give all the calculations on how I implemented the numbers in the calculator.
