    Hi Flavia,
    My name is Giacinta, I’m 37 years old and I am striving for a lean muscular body. I’ve become extremely frustrated with not seeing the results that I want. I read so much material about nutrition and fitness and lead a very active lifestyle. I have been competing in triathlons for the past 3 years. I’m also a former kettlebell instructor. People come to me for advice about weight loss and strength training. I know that I’m fit but I struggle to shed stubborn fat and body weight. I’ve recently honed in on my calorie counting and food journaling and have seen some remarkable results. I feel that at this point in time I could see great benefits from your program. I’ve also adjusted my work schedule so that I will have more time to train. There’s so much conflicting information out there for women, as you know. In just the short period of time that I have been following your workouts with Ryan Watson, I’ve already seem some changes and would love to take it to the next level! I’m ready to work very hard at achieving my best body possible! I hope you consider me for the Curvalicious giveaway! I wish that I could come and train with you guys in Florida, maybe someday!!

    I would love to win a copy of your program because I am tired of being tired! I want to strengthen my legs so that I can walk up three flights of stairs without gasping for air. I want to strengthen my chest and arms so that I can do more than 2 pushups on my feet before having to go to my knees. And I really want to be able to do a pullup without assistance. I want to be able to look at my reflection in the mirror and smile and be proud of a body that does not have lumps and bumps in the wrong places or jiggle when I don’t want it to. I think this program would help me to do that.

    Dear Flava-

    In 3 months I will be turning 40. I work out 5 times a week with a variety of weight and cardio classes and have been able to maintain my weight/figure for the last 10 years. I’m now at a point where I don’t want to just “maintain” I want to excel and have a rockin’ bod into my 40’s!

    Having instruction on training that is targeted for how women develop, by a woman, is exactly what I need to achieve my future fitness goals.

    In the past year Ive lost over 50 pounds went from 32%bf down to 13.4%. Even though Im hppy with my weight Im really not happy that my body isnt as toned as I would like. My biggest problem areas are my legs and butt and no matter how hard I seem to work at it it feels like its never getting there. I LOVE your style of workouts and all the hard work you put in even before you get into the gym. Id really love to win but Ill be buying the program even if I dont 🙂
