Whose butt is that? I’d take that! My question is the back and sides of my thighs! You know that spot that women gain weight in on the side of the thigh.. How do I get that to be the best it can be?? I work it every way I know how. I do kick backs, squats, dead lifts, curtsy lunges. Is there something I’m missing? 🙁 help my stupid fatty area..
Hi Emily,
unfortunately we cannot spot reduce our fat through exercise. With a combination of proper nutrition, weight training and cardio you will lose fat and it will eventually go away from your “problem areas” and you will see the sides of your thighs tone up. 🙂
All the best!

Anna is right and also, to tighten that area you have to make sure you are lifting heavy enough weight. THe glutes are mostly fast twitch muscle fibers that respond to heavy and power movements, power meaning jumps – like box jumps for example.
