BBQ Chicken With Bacon

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of boneless chicken breast (approx. 4 pieces)
  • 4 pieces of organic bacon (optional)
  • 4 rosemary springs
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • sea salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Pound chicken to even out the breasts' thickness
  2. Season each breast with sea salt, pepper and lemon juice
  3. Place a rosemary spring on each chicken breast
  4. Roll the chicken around the rosemary spring
  5. Roll a piece of bacon around each breast
  6. Bbq for approximately 20 minutes (until no longer pink inside)
