Metabolism Boosting Cajun Spice Rub

Serves: 3⁄4 cup
- 1⁄4 cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1-3 teaspoons cayenne (depending on your spice preferences)
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup or less Aztec salt
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Stir well with a fork to combine evenly.
- Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Rub will keep for up to 3 months.
