Easy Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp herbamere
  • 3 thick cut boneless pork chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place coconut oil into a preheated crockpot on low.
  2. Add chicken broth and seasonings and whisk.
  3. Cut a couple small slits along the pork chops.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Add pork to crockpot.
  6. Cook, covered on low for 4 hours.
  7. Baste every hour or so.
