Use a small ice cream scoop to separate into cupcake liners. Fill about ¾ full
Bake for 17 - 20 minutes
Notes
You can replace the coconut oil with organic melted butter if you prefer the butter taste. Another option is to use ghee.
If you leave them in for a little less time than recommended they come out a little gooey in the centre which is actually very delicious, but that depends on your preference!
