Peppermint Hot Chocolate Recipe (Tasty Thursday)

- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ¼ cup sugar or honey
- 3 tbsp water
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups coconut/ almond milk
- ½ tsp peppermint extract (Can be replaced with vanilla)
- Add cacao, honey, water and salt to a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until powders dissolve.
- Add milk a little at a time and stir. Do not let milk boil.
- Add in peppermint extract (or vanilla).
