Pumpkin Pecan Muffins

- 2 ½ cups almond flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons melted organic butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup chopped pecans or nut of choice
- ½ cup raisins
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients (except nuts and raisins).
- In a medium bowl mix wet ingredients together. Sift dry ingredients into wet a little at a time and fold together.
- Fold in pecans and raisins.
- Spoon batter into muffin tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
